What are the differences between Dynamic and Static QR Codes?

Dynamic QR Codes can be edited even after they have already been printed. This means that you can change both the function and the content of a Dynamic QR Code at any time and as often as you like. Dynamic Codes use a short URL which redirects users to your desired landing page. This allows the collection of statistics about scan numbers, place and date/time, and the operating system used.

Static QR Codes like Email or Text Codes cannot be edited after printing and do not collect any scan statistics. They also do not encode a short URL and link directly to your target address or contain the whole encoded information.
