My account upgrade failed. What should I do?

We are sorry to hear that you’re experiencing an inconvenience when trying to upgrade. Generally, our system will show an error message for all payments except for credit card and bank transfer. Unfortunately, this means that we do not accept payment by debit card, prepaid card or PayPal. To solve the issue, please try the following:

- Use a credit card.

- Double-check that you have entered the correct credit card data and validation date. There shouldn't be any spaces in between characters.

- Confirm that your credit card is valid for international purchase as your credit card provider may block the operation for security reasons. You may need to reach out to your bank to approve the payment.

- Try again with a different Internet browser.

If the issue persists, please contact our customer support with a screenshot and description of the error and your account data. Until it’s resolved, we’ll be happy to extend your trial so that all QR Codes in your account remain active.
