To get this solved as soon as possible, please do the following:
- Double-check your entered credit card information
- Get in touch with your credit card provider to ask if they blocked your payment
- Try again with a different Internet browser
- Try again with a different credit card
If this doesn’t help, please contact our Customer Support with a detailed error description and your account data. A screenshot of the error is always helpful. Until we can resolve the issue, we’ll be happy to extend your trial so that all QR Codes in your account remain active.
