A quick response (QR) Code is a two-dimensional version of the barcode consisting of a black and white pixel pattern which allows encoding of up to 7089 digits or 4296 alphanumeric signs (i.e. letters, numbers, and special characters). Today’s smartphones and tablets are able to recognize and decode them exceptionally fast.
