To cancel the renewal of your subscription, follow the steps below.
1. Go to the Billing section of your account and select Cancel Subscription. This must be done, at the latest, one day before your renewal date.

2. A pop-up will appear. Select I want to cancel and lose my benefits. Make sure to read the blue box at the bottom of the pop-up.

3. Read and select the four boxes and provide a reason for your cancellation. Confirm with your password and then select cancel subscription.
Once you have completed the cancellation process, you will return to the billing page. Under Payment Details, you will see Reactivate next to your subscription type, the cancellation date, and the contract end date.

Alternatively, you can contact support to request a renewal cancellation. Please make sure to provide your login email address and customer ID number.
Your cancellation will be effective at the end of your current billing cycle. Refunds and price adjustments are not offered for unused months of a current subscription, regardless of when your renewal was canceled.
Note that we do not send confirmation emails regarding your cancellation.
