Your All QR Codes page is where every code in your account lives. As your library grows, a few built-in tools help you change how codes are displayed, narrow down what you're looking at, and jump straight to a specific code. If you also use folders to keep related codes grouped, see How do I create or delete a folder? for more on organizing your library.
Switch between grid and list view
Use the view toggle at the top right of the page to choose how your QR codes are displayed:
- Grid view shows each code as a card with a preview of the QR image, scan count, and quick actions.
- List view shows your codes in a compact, row-based layout — useful when you want to scan through a lot of codes at once.
Filter by status
Open the Status dropdown to show only the codes you want to see by status:
- Active QR Codes are live and currently scannable.
- Paused QR Codes are temporarily disabled and won't resolve when scanned.
Filter by type
Use the Type dropdown to filter by the kind of code — for example, Website, vCard, PDF, or any other type you've created. This is helpful when you're managing a mix of campaigns and want to focus on just one format at a time.
Sort your QR codes
Use the sort dropdown at the top of the page to change the order your codes appear in. By default, codes are sorted by Last Created, with your newest codes shown first. You can also sort by Most Scanned or Alphabetical to surface codes in the order that's most useful to you.
Search by name
Use the search bar at the top right of the page to find a specific code by name. Start typing in the Name field and your library will filter in real time to match.
Tip: Combine filters and search to narrow down quickly — for example, filter to Active + Website, then search by name to find exactly what you need.
