How do I delete a QR Code?

If you would like to delete a QR Code, follow the steps below.

1. Log in to your account.
2. Hover under the download button next to your QR Code to reveal the three vertical dots.
3. Select the dots and then select Delete.
   
4. Carefully read the pop-up window and then confirm by selecting Delete.
   

If you want to delete multiple QR Codes at once, they need to be paused first.

1. Go to the Paused folder on your dashboard.
2. Select the box on the left-hand side for each QR Code you want to delete.
3. Select Actions and then select Delete.
   
4. Carefully read the pop-up window and then confirm by selecting Delete.

Deleting a QR Code is permanent and cannot be undone. Users will be led to a service page if they scan a deleted Dynamic QR Code.

Static QR Codes can be deleted. However, they will remain active.
