There are a few different reasons your QR Codes haven't been reactivating after you upgraded your account.
The wrong account was upgraded
If you have multiple accounts, you may have accidentally upgraded the wrong one.
To check if you've upgraded the wrong account, go to your account dashboard to see if there are any QR Codes (active or inactive). If not, you likely created more than one account and upgraded the wrong one.
If you upgraded the wrong account, contact us so that we can help revoke the incorrectly-upgraded account and upgrade the correct account. You can open the chat window in the bottom-right corner of this page and type "upgraded wrong account" into the chat.
If the correct account is not known, check the short URL of your inactive QR Code and share it with us. If you're unsure how to find the short URL, visit Where can I find the short URL for my QR Code?
Cache issue
Your QR Codes are reactivated as soon as you complete your upgrade. However, it may take up to one hour for your QR Codes to be scannable on mobile devices. If your QR Codes are listed under "Active" in your account dashboard but they can't be scanned, wait an hour and try again.
Unpaid / voided invoice
In case of a declined credit card or PayPal payment, your QR Codes won't be reactivated. At some point the invoice will be voided and the subscription automatically expires. Please check the invoice in your account and double check its status.
