Your QR Codes may be inactive for two different reasons:
- Your free trial ended and your Dynamic QR Codes have been deactivated.
- You previously paused one or more of your QR Codes
Follow these steps to reactivate your deactivated or paused QR Codes.
Reactivating QR Codes created during your free trial
To reactivate Dynamic QR Codes that were deactivated when your free trial ended, first upgrade your account. Follow the steps at How do I upgrade or downgrade to a different plan? to upgrade.
Each plan has a different number of Dynamic QR Codes you can create. If have more QR Codes than your chosen plan allows, you're prompted to pause QR Codes.
It's not possible to reactivate a QR Code by creating and upgrading a new account. It's also not possible to reactivate another QR Code by creating a new QR Code with the same content.
If you're unsure what email address and account correspond to your deactivated QR code, please provide us with the QR Code's short URL and we will help you find your account.
