Yes, all QR Code Generator paid subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel before your renewal date. This is the case for both annual and monthly plans.
To stop your subscription from renewing automatically, cancel your subscription at least one day prior to your renewal date. Visit How do I cancel my subscription renewal? for instructions. Subscription renewals cannot be canceled after the renewal has occurred.
You can view your renewal date in the billing section of your account settings.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions will automatically renew at the same date and time of your original purchase.
A reminder email is sent 30 days before your renewal date. To prevent this email from being blocked or ending up in your spam or junk folder, check your email settings.
Annual renewal example:
- Original purchase: January 1, 2024 at 12:00 pm CET
- First renewal: January 1, 2025 at 12:00 pm CET
- Second renewal: January 1, 2026 at 12:00 pm CET
Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions renew every month on the same day as your original purchase. Your subscription will continue renewing monthly until you cancel.
Monthly renewal example:
- Original purchase: March 15, 2024 at 12:00 pm CET
- First renewal: April 15, 2024 at 12:00 pm CET
- Second renewal: May 15, 2024 at 12:00 pm CET
