How do I pause a dynamic QR Code?

Pausing a QR Code deactivates it. If a user scans a paused  QR Code, they will be led to a service page, as shown below.

Static QR Codes remain active permanently even if they have been paused.

If you would like to pause a dynamic QR Code, follow the steps below.

1. Log in to your account.
2. Click on the 3 dots on the right side of your QR Code and select Pause.

If you would like to pause multiple Dynamic QR Codes at once:

1. Select the box on the left-hand side for each QR Code.
2. Select Actions and then select Pause.
   

Once you pause a QR Code, you can view it by selecting Paused QR Codes from filters at the top of the QR Codes dashboard. 

You can reactivate paused Dynamic QR Codes anytime by selecting clicking Reactivate on a QR Code or in bulk by checking off the QR Codes you want to reactivate, clicking Actions at the top and and selecting Activate.
