How do I pause a Dynamic QR Code?

If you would like to pause a Dynamic QR Code, follow the steps below.

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Hover under the download button next to your QR Code to reveal the three vertical dots.
  3. Select the dots and then select Pause.

If you would like to pause multiple Dynamic QR Codes at once:

  1. Select the box on the left-hand side for each QR Code.
  2. Select Actions and then select Pause.

Pausing a Dynamic QR Code deactivates it. If a user scans a paused Dynamic QR Code, they will be led to a service page, as shown below.

Once you pause a Dynamic QR Code, it will be moved to the Paused folder on your dashboard.

You can reactivate paused Dynamic QR Codes anytime by going to the Paused (archive) folder and selecting Activate next to the Dynamic QR Code.

Static QR Codes remain active permanently even if they have been paused.
