In case you are unable to reset your password / you do not receive a password reset email, please make sure that you are using the correct email address, when trying to login / reset the password. We found that this can be a problem.
Many times, customers will try and use their billing email address instead of the their account (login) email address. While your billing email address will be used for email communication, you will not be able to login to your account and / or reset your password with that email address.
In case you are still unable to reset your password, you may have initially signed up using a Google Account, rather than an email address + password. Very often you will then receive a message that says "User not found".
Please select the option ’Sign in with a Google Account’ to log in with your Google Account credentials.
