If you need to recover an account or QR Code from someone who is no longer with your company, please contact us and provide the email address login or the customer ID number for the account (both would be preferable) in question.
Once we’re able to confirm it’s a company account, we can transfer account ownership, so you’re able to access the QR Codes. If you already have a company account and need the QR Codes moved, we can rebuild Dynamic QR Codes in special circumstances.
